Quests, routes, titles, photos, and other material you submit are your responsibility. You must have the rights to what you publish. Do not upload content that is illegal, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
Routes may pass near or spell out names of streets, parks, businesses, or landmarks. Mapus and quest authors do not speak for those places. A route shape is art and directions—not sponsorship or approval from anyone named or shown.
Following a quest happens in the real world. You must obey traffic laws, park rules, and local regulations. Stay aware of cars, bikes, trains, and other hazards. Mapus does not supervise your activity and is not liable for injuries or property damage from using the app or any route.
On a published quest page, use the Report button to flag spam, abuse, or rights issues. You may also email jacobchoi77@gmail.com with the quest link and details. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, attempt to break security, or repeatedly violate these terms. You may stop using Mapus at any time.
Mapus is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate GPS, or that every quest is safe or suitable for you. Use your own judgment.
